Maniototo Early Settlers Museum

The Early Settlers Museum at Naseby is well worth a visit. You’ll find rooms filled with bygone day’s memorabilia and local family history, then step back through time in the Watchmaker’s Shop and Jubilee Museum.

Hire a gold pan from the Information Centre or Naseby General Store and try your luck at finding some glitter. The locals might let you know the best places to give panning a go!
